Store level management, including your store director is not a good source for information. Why?  Well they are following the directives and orders of their District Manager and Executives who are ultimately working to reduce labor and increase profits.  Also, they are not attending negotiations and not relaying first hand news.   Your Union representatives will be attending negotiations, and so will employees on the negotiating committee.  We think this makes them the best source for questions and answers.  Click here to contact your Union Rep -or- your peers on the negotiating committee.
