RETAIL

UPDATE:
On Jan 13, 2022 Smith's provided your Union negotiating committee it's proposed economic changes.  The negotiating committee made up of Smith's workers was very disappointed and angry with the concessions and lack of sharing that Smith's wants to provide you after having their best ever years during the Pandemic.  Smith's has set Corporate record profits for 2020 and 2021 but they are not showing it by proposing crumbs.  Click here to view Smith's economic proposal January 13, 2022.  We can do better, but we must stick together.

MEAT

UPDATE:
On Jan 14, 2022 Smith's provided your Meat Union negotiating committee it's proposed changes including MONEY $.  The negotiating committee made up of Smith's Meat workers was disappointed and feel like their skills and what they bring to Smith's is not being honored.  Also troubling is they want Seafood and Meat Wrappers and Clerks to cross work, which is also an attack on the sovereignty of the Meat Dept.  Check out all the concessions they are seeking after Smith's has enjoyed Corporate record profits for 2020 and 2021 due to the Pandemic.  Crumbs and concessions speak volumes.   Click here to view Smith's Meat economic proposal January 14, 2022.  We can do better, but we must stick together.
